Cancellation for a private coaching session received at least 24 hours before the appointment time, a full refund will be issued less a $30 administrative fee.  This amount will be invoiced to you unless its cleared by us.

Cancellation for a private or group coaching session made within 24 hours of the appointment, no refund and no customer credit will be given.

No Show or Late Arrival for any sessions (Private Coaching or Group Coaching) for any reason forfeits your appointment.  No refund and no customer credit in full or partial, no make-up session and no rescheduling will be given.

**All sales are final for speaking engagements, private coaching sessions and group coaching sessions. No refunds will be issued.
