Work With Me

two Ways in

Both start with a private conversation. We decide together whether the work is the right fit before anything else happens.

Ways To Work Together

Private Executive Advisory

For the leader carrying this alone.
Ongoing work that holds under real pressure – not a one-time reset, but a steady rhythm built to last.

Two 60-minute working sessions a month, plus one integration session to help it stick.

Three months minimum, because real change doesn’t happen in one conversation.

Keynotes For Leadership

A talk that names the real reason strategy stalls under pressure – not a lack of ideas, but the unspoken friction in how a team actually makes decisions when the stakes are high. Once that’s named out loud, your team leaves with shared language for what’s really happening in the room, and a clear sense of how it shifts.

Any audience size, shaped around your team’s specific pressure points.

  • “Bhavna reads patterns with real precision. In the days after our session, I started noticing habits of thought I’d been running on autopilot for years – and watched them lose their grip. What she helped me uncover was exactly what I needed to move forward, more present and far more clear-headed than before.”

High-Stakes Decisions Should Get Easier, Not Harder, The Longer You’re In The Role.

One-to-one, ongoing advisory for CEOs, founders and board-level leaders who already have the strategy, the team and the results. What you’re still fighting is the friction that shows up every time you try to actually execute on it – the tax you pay in energy just to get your own ideas across the line. You’re exhausted in a way a vacation only patches over: you come back needing to remind yourself why you’re doing this at all, and it’s costing you more than work hours.

The answer isn’t walking away from the role. It’s easing the pressure from the inside – finding where the friction in how you lead and decide actually lives, clearing it at the root, and keeping the work current as your role, your board, and the stakes keep changing. So you can keep doing what you’re genuinely good at, without spending half your energy managing how you look or proving you still deserve the seat. Your team doesn’t need more words from you. They need a leader whose presence does the talking.

  • Format: one-one and confidential
  • Sessions: two 60-min sessions a month, plus one integration session to help it stick
  • Between Sessions: private access to me when a decision can’t wait
  • Where: Zoom, or in person by arrangement
  • Commitment: three months minimum, with six- and twelve- month options
  • FIND – We locate the invisible friction in how you lead and decide: the patterns that cost you speed, energy and clarity in the room.
  • CLEAR – We clear it, so high-stakes decisions get easier rather than heavier, and you execute without exhaustion or over-effort.
  • HOLD – The work holds as your role and pressure change, with two sessions a month, one integration session to keep it current, and private access to me when a decision can’t wait.

This is The Coherence Way, applied one-to-one.

This is for: CEOs, founders and board-level leaders who already have the strategy, the team and the results, and are ready to ease the pressure instead of walking away from it.

Direct Answers…

Yes, entirely. What you share stays between us – it isn’t referenced in any other context, publicly or otherwise, without your explicit permission.

It’s advisory work – not coaching, and not therapy. Coaching builds a skill; therapy works through the past to understand the present. This works differently: it goes straight to what’s actually driving your decisions right now, clears it, and keeps clearing it as your role and the stakes change – without needing to relive how it got there.

It’s not a replacement for therapy or coaching, and it doesn’t ask you to choose – many clients do both alongside this. What it adds is direct: clearing what’s in the way, so the outcomes you’re actually working toward become easier to reach, not harder.

The result: the same high-stakes decisions, made with more clarity and less effort – and the energy you were spending managing how you look, redirected back into the work itself.

The impact begins right away, from the first session. How quickly that shows up day to day is individual – some leaders notice it immediately, others take it in more gradually. Either way, it starts working from session one.

No. The shift you make here doesn’t stay contained to the boardroom – how you show up changes everywhere, because it’s not a work technique, it’s how you’re operating. Most clients notice it well beyond the office.

Three months – the minimum time it actually takes to see real movement that you are able to sustain. Six and twelve month terms are also available for leaders working on something longer-term.

Both are available. Most engagements run over Zoom, with in-person sessions arranged when useful. Travel is covered separately by your organization and arranged once we’ve agreed to work together.

Yes – in two ways. You’ll have a private channel to reach me directly between sessions, for the moment something comes up that can’t wait until the next call. And once a month, we do a short integration session to help the work actually stick as things shift.

Every engagement is scoped individually, based on what you need and which of the three term options – three, six, or twelve months – you choose. There’s no set fee published here; we’ll discuss it directly once we’ve talked.

Yes. Each session is recorded on Zoom and sent to you within 48 hours of the call. Recordings are deleted from my system after 30 days, so download and keep your own copy if you want to hold onto it. You are free to record session(s) on your end as well.

The relationship doesn’t have a hard stop. Whether you’re on the three-, six-, or twelve-month term, when it ends you’re free to step away and if you want to come back later, it’s a simple email, not a new sales process.

This isn’t for leaders looking for an overnight fix, or for anyone who isn’t ready to actually change. The impact starts right away — but taking it in fully happens at your own pace, and that takes steadiness and follow-through on your part. If you’re not ready for that, it’s not the right fit yet.

Give Your Leadership Team Permission to Name the Problem Out Loud

  • Delivery: In person or Virtual

Topic: Presence Is Power

Most executives are taught that leadership means trying harder – more effort, more control, more proving. By the time they reach the boardroom, that strategy has a cost: the exhaustion of holding it all together, pressure that never eases, the sense that stepping back would mean losing ground.

This talk makes the case for the opposite. The leaders who command a room without raising their voice, who make hard calls without wearing the strain, aren’t working harder than everyone else in it – they’re aligned. Their presence is doing work their words used to have to do alone. That shift, from effort to alignment, is what separates leaders who burn out at the top from the ones who stay there, unscathed.

This talk is built on The Coherence Way – the same process behind the Private Executive Advisory work.

What the room walks away with:

  • Why authority erodes the moment a leader starts performing it, and what to do instead.
  • A practical way to tell pressure that’s driving performance apart from pressure that’s quietly costing the organization.
  • How alignment, not additional effort, becomes the thing a team, a board, or a room actually responds to.

This is for: Boards and leadership teams that have the strategy and the talent, have already done the mindset work, and are still stuck. Room size doesn’t matter – the talk works for a boardroom or a large audience.

Start by sharing your room, the date, and the outcome you want from it. I reply within 2 business days and send a written quote once we’ve agreed what the room needs. A signed agreement and a deposit hold your date, then we have a short call to tailor the talk to your people.

Direct Answers…

The keynote itself runs 30 to 60 minutes, timed to your agenda. For organizations that want their leaders to go beyond hearing the idea and start applying it, an optional workshop add-on is available afterward — a working session built to practice the ideas directly, not just discuss them.

Every keynote is quoted individually, after we’ve talked through your event – audience, format, and what you want the room to walk away with all shape the quote. There’s no published rate because no two rooms are the same.

No. This isn’t a hype session or a mindset-shifting talk, and it isn’t built to boost morale for an hour. It’s built for rooms that already perform at a high level and need a different lever than more effort, more morale, or more mindset work. It goes further than what these leaders have already tried – instead of layering on another framework, it connects them to what’s actually driving how they lead, so they operate from that directly instead of working around it.

This talk comes directly out of ongoing work advising CEOs and boards through my private practice – not research compiled from the outside. Everything in it has been tested in the room with the people it’s written for.

Yes. The core idea stays the same – that’s what makes it a signature talk – but the examples, language, and depth are shaped to your room during the call after your speaking brief.

At the close of the Q&A, I share my contact details directly with anyone who wants to continue the conversation – for leaders who recognize themselves in what’s shared onstage, Private Executive Advisory is where that continues individually. Beyond that, the engagement is complete once I’ve left the venue or logged off – there’s no separate report or deliverable beyond what’s arranged in advance, like a recording, if that’s something your organization wants.

Yes to both, entirely on your terms. Recording only happens if your organization wants it – either your team records and shares a copy with me, or I arrange it and share it with you, whichever is easier on your end. Any recording stays within your organization; it isn’t shared publicly or used anywhere else unless you choose to share it yourselves. The same goes for anything discussed by attendees during the session – it stays in the room.

Most engagements are booked 8 to 12 weeks out – enough time to complete the speaking brief, finalize the agreement, and properly tailor the talk to your room before the date. If travel is involved, add whatever lead time that requires. Shorter timelines can sometimes be accommodated depending on availability, but they leave less room to tailor the content well.

If a client cancels, the deposit and any travel costs already committed are non-refundable. If a client needs to reschedule instead, the deposit carries forward to the new date, and the client covers any additional travel costs the change creates.
