My healing journey from sickness to health and the lessons I learned on the way
There’s only one reason for me to share my healing journey with you. And that’s hope.
Hello,
I turned 40 in January 2020. That’s when I realized that I might have lived half my life on this earth. In that moment, I decided to share my healing journey with you – and tell you that there is ALWAYS hope. If I can go from being bed-ridden and unable to walk to working out in the gym thrice a week, so can you!!
All I want to do through this blog is to let you know that there is a way out of dis-ease. I want to give you the tools to create healing experiences for yourself in this life, while you can.
And that is the only reason that I created this special space for writing and expressing myself. My blog was a long time coming. Well it’s been in the making for at least 5 years. Finally I am putting ‘pen to paper’ and sharing stories from my healing journey.
My goal is to talk about all the trials and tribulations that come with having an auto-immune disease. Those trials include stories of emotional and mental turmoil that very few people talk about. I have recently learnt to be transparent and vulnerable. And the goal is to put myself out there and share that vulnerability. My healing journey made me strong and my hope is that it will help you gain strength as well.
I CHOSE to get better. On my own terms. I hope to inspire you to make conscious choices, about your own life, that will bring you bliss.
I would love to know where you have been, how far you have come and what made you survive the storms! The best way to get in touch is the contact form on my website or my Insta!
Radiantly Rising in Love,
Bhavna
Hi Bhavna. I loved 🥰 your story. It is very similar to mine. Many years ago I became ill and was hospitalized, and almost died. However after leaving the hospital 🏥 I embarked on a new journey, a journey of healing. And it’s been one of many years and many surgeries and I’m starting to finally begin to heal, although Covid-19 has taken a toll on me and my family, I’m staying strong and healthy. I’m not giving up. I’ve decided to keep going until I’ve finished the race, or completed my journey til the end. I hope to learn more about self awareness and healing through journaling and meditation 🧘♀️. I currently do them both but need a little more work on them. Thank you 🙏 for inspiring me with your beautiful story. 🙏🥰💖🙌
Hello Tracey.. so lovely to receive a beautiful message from you. Congrats on your healing journey. Many people tend to give up after getting sick… I almost did. So you must be a strong woman to use your sickness to help you awaken by healing your body. I am sure you are an inspiration for many around you. Sometimes in the short term, healing can be tougher than actually being sick but in the long run the payoff is infinite. I salute you.
Please feel free to follow me on You Tube where I share more about my healing experience. My YT is linked on the top of my website.
Looking forward to keeping in touch. Much love. Bhavna
Yeay Bhavna! Good for you! I look forward to reading more of your journey!
