Astrology Vs. Frequency Alchemy

There’s a gentle confusion I hear a lot: Is astrology destiny? Is frequency work spiritual bypass? The short answer: they’re different tools that point to the same truth – your life is a pattern that can be read and re-patterned. But how they do that, and what they ask of you, are very different.

Below I’ll unpack the practical differences between astrology and Frequency Alchemy (the work you’ve been practicing – shifting timelines, bringing awareness to patterns, releasing what no longer serves), why they make brilliant allies, and how to use both so your life moves from recycle to resonance.

I am no expert in astrology but understand that your astrological chart will stop affecting you (positively or negatively) if you clear our your borrowed patterns. If you bring neutrality to your life – mostly emotional neutrality – and become more of your authentic self, your astrological chart ceases to have power over your life. This is where you start to experience free will. Because there is no free will when you move in accordance with what your chart says. Free will is breaking free from the implications of your birth chart.

What astrology is (and what it gives you)

Astrology is a symbolic map – a snapshot of the moment you were born. Think of it as the architecture of your life:

The planets = the energies available to you (Sun = core identity; Moon = emotional operating system; Saturn = structure; Jupiter = expansion).
The houses = life arenas where those energies play out (relationships, career, health).
Aspects = the ways those energies talk to – or argue with – each other.

Astrology doesn’t force outcomes. It describes tendencies, timing, and themes. It offers a language for understanding why certain patterns repeat, why some relationships feel magnetic and messy, and where the invitations for growth appear. When used wisely, it’s predictive only in the sense of rhythm, not fate. Astrology acts as a tour guide for life. It’s up to you if you want to only see what the tour guide wants to show you or break free from the tour group to explore on your own. It helps to have tools in your life tool belt if you veer off.
What astrology asks of you: witness, discernment, timing. Read the map. Show up for the lessons.

What Frequency Alchemy is (and what it changes)

Frequency Alchemy is a practice of energetic release & refinement. Where astrology charts the wiring, Frequency Alchemy helps you rewire, while erasing your blueprint. You:

Notice recurring emotional and identity loops.
Bring conscious awareness into the exact moment patterns replay.
Shift your internal frequency (beliefs, identity, felt-sense), which collapses timelines anchored in old vibration.
Release the charge around old stories so the same astrological pattern no longer triggers the old outcome.

Imagine your life as a house:

Astrology = the blueprint and the wiring plan. It shows where the beams, pipes, and circuits are placed. With astrology as your tool, you learn to live with all the defects, leaks – you manage them.
Frequency Alchemy = the electrician/renovator who changes the current so the lights work differently — brighter, softer, or switched off entirely. With frequency alchemy, you observe where the problems are and examine the underlying architecture. As you change the drawings, the house also transforms (almost magically). Frequency alchemy is not a coping mechanism. Its a transformation mechanism.

A simple practice to blend both right now

Map the pattern (Astrology). Identify one repeating theme (e.g., money scarcity, recurring partners, career stalls). Note the natal placements or houses involved. Astrology is not my jam so you will have to either learn it (takes years) or find someone that is an expert. I have in the past used AI to understand my charts.
Witness the trigger (Frequency Alchemy). When the pattern appears, pause. Name the felt-sense in your body, the old story playing, and the impulse it creates. Frequency alchemy allows you to shift your timelines so you can see where you are triggered and how.
Shift the frequency. Use the tools I have taught you to bring your awareness into the centre of the sensation, let it expand, and reframe the outcome as already resolved.
Re-anchor. Choose a micro-action that embodies the new frequency (an aligned ‘yes’ or a boundary). This anchors the new timeline physiologically and energetically.
