Unlock Your Purpose By Tapping Into Hidden Frequencies

Everything you need to know about your purpose

Let me share my perspective on the true purpose of humans, rooted in my personal experiences and the work I’ve done to help clients heal their timelines through frequency work. This isn’t linked to any specific philosophy, teacher, or guru; it’s simply what I’ve observed in my practice.

Before we delve into this, I’d love to hear your thoughts. Please share your insights or experiences regarding the purpose of humanity in the comments.

Here’s my viewpoint: Humans serve as mirrors reflecting their dimensional position in the universe. If someone had told me this a decade ago, I would have found it perplexing. So, let me clarify. Picture a three-dimensional graph; your existence on that graph represents your situation in time and space. Your experiences are timestamps of your journey on that graph. Essentially, your past experiences shape the current you. Eastern philosophies refer to this concept as “karma.” Your karma represents an accumulation of memories related to your shifts in position and the lessons learned from each timestamp.

Your body carries all that karma in the present moment, and your human purpose is to release this karma (your past) and learn how to create a body free from it as you move forward.

The density of your physical form reflects how much you can let go of as you transition from one timestamp to another—or how much you cling to as you navigate life.

Self awareness leads to self healing

I teach my students and clients the science of self-awareness, as it allows them to comprehend how they are accumulating karma throughout their lives. This collection of karma depends on the frequency from which they operate.

Have you ever wondered why your body changes—or sometimes doesn’t—over time? The rate of transformation is closely tied to the frequencies you embody. These frequencies shape your position in the vast spectrum of life, affecting various aspects like relationships, wealth, health, and spirituality.

Why do some individuals seem to flourish while others struggle to get off the ground? Why do some children excel academically despite having limited resources, while others, despite ample support, fall behind?

It all boils down to where we stand on the frequency spectrum. Although I’m not a physicist, my experiences have revealed the profound impact this has on our lives. By understanding your body as a tool for navigating this spectrum, you can gain insight into your current position across different areas of life.

In my work with clients, I can perceive the frequencies that have influenced their lives up to now. By addressing and healing specific past events—many of which may be deeply rooted—I help them shift their place on the frequency spectrum. This shift can lead to significant, lasting changes in their lives.

Are you ready to create lasting change by adjusting where you stand in time and space? If so, let’s work together. Book a session with me, or reach out if you can’t find a time that works.

What holds you back from embracing your purpose?

For as long as I can remember, I’ve felt a disconnection between my body and mind. Labeled as “too much”—too fat, too thin, too dark, too average, too outspoken, too intimidating—I absorbed these perceptions during my formative years. Over time, I came to believe that my human purpose existed outside of myself.

I shut down communication with my body, unable to trust it in an environment that felt unsafe. Also, I didn’t understand why some bodies were celebrated for their beauty while mine was considered average. Seeking external validation, I looked for beauty outside of myself, feeling fear within my own skin. My thoughts and words were constantly controlled, leading me to attempt to control everything else in my life.

Our experiences can sometimes keep us from discovering our true purpose. Your body is a vessel, holding memories of traumas, emotions, thoughts, and actions—it carries your purpose within. You can only uncover that purpose by shedding the accumulated traumas of your life.

Are you being guided towards your life's purpose?

At my lowest point, when my health deteriorated and I felt utterly lost, something greater than my body intervened. My connection to the source of all creation—often referred to as God—guided me forward. Slowly, I reclaimed control of my life, but when overwhelmed, I learned to surrender to that higher power. This dance between control and surrender has become a practice, revealing that the security I sought could only be found within. The love, self-worth, and beauty I desired were always there, waiting to be acknowledged.

I’ve realized that my body holds all the answers I seek and the key is learning to truly listen. The body speaks in many languages—pain being just one of them. Accordingly, your senses, thoughts, and emotions are all forms of communication. Importantly, your body is composed of frequencies, and you are a living collection of these energies, shaped by various moments in time.

Understanding your current position in the spectrum of these frequencies is essential. Without self-awareness, charting a path toward a new version of yourself becomes nearly impossible. Thus, the journey begins with knowing where you are now. Certainly, your purpose will be revealed when you are ready to embrace it, both physically and emotionally.

Goals vs Purpose: what are you after?

We all share the same fundamental human purpose—to understand who we truly are and why we are here. This universal purpose transcends individual differences, connecting us at a deeper level. Our goals, on the other hand, serve the ego. While we often pursue happiness, joy, or other emotional states, these are tied to temporary achievements and goals. We reach one, and soon after, we find ourselves striving for the next.

However, goals are fleeting, just like the emotions they invoke. Fulfillment, by contrast, is connected to our purpose—it’s enduring. While goals bring momentary satisfaction, our true sense of fulfillment arises from living in alignment with our purpose. Understanding the difference between the two allows us to lead more meaningful lives.

I spent my entire twenties and thirties fixated on achieving goals—primarily monetary ones. Back then, these goals felt vital for survival. However, after reaching them, I discovered an unsettling truth: I was still grappling with deep dissatisfaction and that is why I was prompted to search for my true purpose.

As I began to pursue my purpose alongside my goals, I came to a powerful realization: I didn’t need goals to find fulfillment. This might seem unconventional, but I found that chasing goals often led me to overlook my true purpose. I recognized that my approach to goal-setting had been flawed and I had yet to master the delicate balance between my ambitions and my genuine purpose.

Goal-setting is an art. To achieve fulfillment while chasing your dreams, it’s essential to understand how to stay true to yourself amidst external objectives. This wisdom is ancient and often comes through a process of trial and error.

Are your goals truly satisfying you? Are you sacrificing one aspect of your life for fulfillment in another? I’d love to hear how you approach your goals and the challenges you encounter along the way.
