Heal your wounded feminine energy at work, now!

Now is the time to heal your 'wounded feminine' energy

I’ve spent years healing my wounded feminine energy. Yes, years. It takes time and patience to embody the feminine essence as it was meant to be, and I’m still on that journey. My path has evolved since I began my healing journey in 2015.

Early on, I was afraid to speak about my wounded feminine because of the fear of judgment—fears that would have shattered me further. But now, I’ve released that fear and reclaimed my power. I am creating my own path, expressing myself authentically, and embracing my desires as a natural part of who I am.

Women carry deep scars of shame and guilt, and many struggle with how to heal them. Through my own healing and frequency alchemy, I’ve transformed these scars in myself and others. I want you to know that you can heal your own scars too.

Is it time for you to heal your wounded feminine? The choice is yours. I’m simply sharing my story to open the door to this possibility for you. We all deserve healing

How deep is your wound? What story is your scar telling?

This question invites deep reflection and is the ideal starting point for any DIY healing work. Take a few moments for yourself—whether during your commute or just before bed—and ask, ‘How deep is my wound?’ ‘What is the wound that keeps me up at night?’ ‘What am I trying to hide?’

Asking these profound and meaningful questions can be incredibly powerful. Do you know what your core feminine wound is? It’s deeply intertwined with your core frequency, shaping your lifestyle choices, self-image, goals, actions, and even your thoughts and dreams. Understanding this core wound—whether you’re a woman or a man—helps you uncover the various aspects of yourself connected to it. This is where your healing journey begins.

Much of my work focuses on timeline healing, addressing the core wound that continues to play out long after the initial experience. For many women, these wounds create a sense of shame. We need to shift that perspective and use those scars to understand what they’re concealing. Your core feminine wound lies beneath both your physical and non-physical scars.

The wounded feminine - at work

In today’s world, women are making diverse choices about their lives—working both inside and outside the home, choosing to stay single, and increasingly deciding not to have children. These choices come with their own set of challenges for both men and women. However, many women are still experiencing profound exhaustion, not solely from balancing work, family responsibilities, or caregiving. There are deeper, less obvious factors contributing to this fatigue.

Your frequency—essentially your self-image—shapes the level of challenges you encounter in life, including at work. This frequency travels with you everywhere: to your job, the grocery store, interactions with your pets, the gym and social gatherings. It’s an intrinsic part of who you are, influencing every experience you have.

For example, if you feel unheard at work, you might become more vocal or abrasive to make your voice heard. This feeling of being unheard can then extend to your home life, affecting how you interact with your spouse, children, pets, and neighbours. Your colleagues will perceive you a certain way because of the self image you create to cope with that underlying frequency.

Similarly, if you feel unappreciated at work, this sentiment can spill over into your home life. Your self-image might become centred around doing too much for others and seeking validation, leading you to feel unappreciated both at work and at home. Your reputation of being giving and kind might even be used to take advantage of you. Unless you recognize and release the underlying frequency patterns creating your experiences, you will continue to feel unappreciated wherever you are.

These are just two examples of the wounded feminine. There are many more examples of frequencies that are at play in all of us. And it is our prime responsibility to rid ourselves of frequencies that create cycles of abuse, lack, and sacrifice in our future generations.

Healing the wounded feminine - at work

If you’re ready to heal your wounded feminine, elevate your self-worth, reclaim your innate grace, and step into the best version of yourself, then this healing journey is for you.

The way I teach healing is truly exciting because it’s not about dwelling on the past; it’s about focusing on the present and the self you’re creating right now. While your past is important for understanding where you’ve been, the key to your healing lies in embracing the present moment. This means clearing the distortions and patterns that keep pulling you back into another timeline, allowing you to fully embody who you are today.

I don’t push you to become present, unlike other programs. Instead, I provide you with tools to stay in the present while naturally releasing the past. You can do this on your own or through private sessions with me, by identifying the frequencies that are holding you back.

By healing your timelines in our private sessions, we can swiftly change the trajectory of your life, with transformative effects that will resonate in both your professional and personal life.

Since this work is accessible to you in both your waking and dream states, you’ll be able to apply these tools at work or outside of work, allowing you to show up as an enhanced version of yourself every single day.
